NorrCompetition Tutorial 'How To Get Started' in Polish

A new tutorial is available! Now users from Polish Joomla community can be closer to building voting contests and can get started quickly using an excellent tutorial from Joomla Monster.
We're so glad to note now NorrCompetition is fully adapted to Polish market since the component has 100% Polish localization and now here is the detailed tutorial with examples, giving a basic understanding how to create the contest step-by-step.
