Hi Eugene,

Just bought the plugin and made 2 small payment from 2 different accounts to buy 2 different products on my site. The payment went though, we received the money. However, the No subscription is getting assigned to that user and also the transaction is not being shown in the "Transactions" tab of Rd-Subs. we are using version 2.3.1.

Could you please let us know what could possible be the issue?

Hi Weppsol team,
It looks like the transaction wasn't finished correctly. Let's try to determine the reason.

1. Does 2Checkout interface appears as iframe over the payment page or you were forwarded to external 2Checkout page?
2. Are you using live 2Checkout account or demo mode? At 2Checkout Dashboard the Direct Return param must be selected to Header Redirect (Your URL) option. See documentation .
3. Do you have the same currency in RD-Subscription and 2Checkout?
4. Please enable logging in RD-Subscriptions (Params > General tab > Enable logging) and write us back which kind of error will be appeared there after next attempt to buy a product.

Just a note about logging - it will only debug all important steps to log file with the name "2co_inline_response". You will find it in logs folder of your Joomla installation. Basically the last message of concrete transaction in this log should be 'Payment has been processed by RD Subscription'. If it is not there, then something is wrong.

Actual errors are displayed as a message to a user during the payment process and are not logged.

As per Eugene message, I checked all checklist and did the changes but no success.

=> Yes. It appears in iframe.

2. Are you using live 2Checkout account or demo mode? At 2Checkout Dashboard the Direct Return param must be selected to Header Redirect (Your URL) option.
=> We using a 2checkout account on live mode. Set 2checkout dashboard as per your doc. Please check - drive.google.com/file/d/0B4L2jVULZ_2JQVR...bUk/view?usp=sharing

3. Do you have the same currency in RD-Subscription and 2Checkout?
=> Yes.

4. Please enable logging in RD-Subscriptions (Params > General tab > Enable logging) and write us back which kind of error will be appeared there after next attempt to buy a product.
=> Already enabled. The latest log as below.

Hi Weppsol team,

Since popup appeared and you have received the payment successfully, there is no issue on 2Checkout side and it's time to focus the attention on RD-Subscriptions.

I just been opened your sited and added a product to the cart and noticed there is discount issue. Have a look at the screenshot:



If I get 99% off, why the total price is not changed? It should be $0.4 instead of $39.99. So, I suppose it might be a reason why the payment did not pass in RD-Subscriptions. Please try to fix this discount issue and repeat once again and let us know about the result.

Eugene - debug is showing that the price returned from 2CO is correct - 0.40.

Debug is a helpful thing :) I see that this code is throwing this error:

// Request the token and compare it

	return false;
}
It is a standard 2CO method how to compare return parameters from 2CO. Something here is causing the issue.

Weppsol - can you check that Secret Word and Seller ID in plugin parameters is equal to Secret Word and Seller ID in 2CO dashboard?
