Incorrect og:title, twitter:title and name in all Zoo categories

Hello,
I noticed all Zoo categories have the same og:title, twitter:title and name which correspond to one of the categories but not to the correct current category. There's means of adding the open graph properties manually for Zoo items but the documentation doesn't specify how to enable it for categories. I'd appreciate your assistance with this.
Thanks,
Agata

Re: Incorrect og:title, twitter:title and name in all Zoo categories

Hello Agata,

Thanks for your question. ZOO CCK does not allow to assign element to category settings, but there is another way.
Plugin proceed standard meta-settings and category image.

Please take a look at the screenshot (enclosed).
As a result, we get the following OpenGraph tags:

 <!-- Start Norrnext Opengraph Meta Tags -->
<meta property="og:locale" content="en_GB" />
<meta property="og:type" content="object"/>
<meta property="og:title" content="Your Custom Title"/>
<meta property="og:image" content="http://YOURSITE.COM/images/headers/windows.jpg"/>
<meta property="og:description" content="Your Custom Description" />
<meta property="og:url" content="http://YOURSITE.COM/zoo-category"/>
<meta property="og:site_name" content="Your Site Name"/>
<meta name="twitter:card" content="summary" />
<meta name="twitter:title" content="Your Custom Title"/>
<meta name="twitter:description" content="Your Custom Description"/>
<meta name="twitter:url" content="http://YOURSITE.COM/zoo-category"/>
<meta name="twitter:image" content="http://YOURSITE.COM/images/headers/windows.jpg"/>
<meta itemprop="name" content="Your Custom Title">
<meta itemprop="description" content="Your Custom Description">
<meta itemprop="image" content="http://YOURSITE.COM/images/headers/windows.jpg">
<!--/ End Norrnext Opengraph Meta Tags -->

If you don't need category image to be appeared at the site, you can hide it. See enclosed screenshot.

Hello,
thank you for your reply. All categories have a meta title assigned yet all categories have the same title in the OG tags - "Alberta Holidays".
Thanks,
Agata

Hello Agata,

Can I ask you to send us temporary credentials to examine this problem on your site? (access to admin panel only)

Re: Incorrect og:title, twitter:title and name in all Zoo categories

Hello Agata,
Thanks for credentials. But we need temporary access to Administrator Panel to examine site structure and check out maybe there are some other 3rd party extensions which potentially can conflict with our plugin. It can save time, but if it is not able to provide credentials to back-end, it's ok, but I need some more time to reproduce this issue on local server.

Kind regards,
Eugene.

Re: Incorrect og:title, twitter:title and name in all Zoo categories

Hello Agata,

I beg a pardon for the delay with reply. The site structure is complex and it took time to understand items relationship.

The reason of this issue is yet not determined. Another 3rd party extension also add some meta-tags, but i we disable ZOO SEO, the problem is still exist.
I'm working successively to find the way how it occurs and now there is a suspicion on modified file or on 3rd party plugin.
There are two questions.
1. Did anybody add any patch / modification to ZOO core files? E.g. to router. Is there some extra rules in .htaccess file that can affects on SEO?
2. Can I disable / remove 3rd party extensions or re-install ZOO at sandbox site?

Looking forward at your reply,
Eugene.
