Is it possible to export competitions, photos, participants and votes from Norrcompetition version1.8.8. Joomla 3 and import it into a new website with Joomla 4?

Hello!
Unfortunately it is not possible due to some changes it the database structure that are covered by PHP code execution (assigning alias for entries) and few other things during the native update of component from 1.8.x to 2.x.
In theory you can manually run an SQL to update the database on Joomla 3 site, but you still will need to run a PHP code.
And only after that you can try to export all the data from the component tables and insert it on your Joomla 4 site. The you will need to move uploads folder (by default it is "ncuploads" in root of your Joomla installation) from the old site to a new one.
The last thing will be to re-save the component options and also to re-save all competitions as the permissions settings are lost during the manual export / import.
