#32 Stop Cleaning HTML and Scripts Code in translations

When saving stop cleaning HTML and Scripts Code in translations.

 -  e.g. editing a contest - 

adding <a class="uk-button uk-button-default" href="https://norrnext.com/...."> xxx </a> in a description.

The main language keeps this code after saving but in the translations it is deleted
